Antoine Corriveau unveils “Maladresses,” a new single off PISSENLIT, his latest album available October 9.
“It’s a song about duality, about letting go of what people expect of me—a song to give me the right to be unreliable, I think,” admits the singer-songwriter. He goes on: “’Maladresses’ was written in one sitting in my Montréal apartment. My initial version sounded like a Nirvana ‘Unplugged’ ballad, but I immediately imagined a pop arrangement.”
Antoine Corriveau will also play live in September at Pop Montreal. The details of the concert will be announced soon. More concert dates will be shared this Fall.
